SQL Server 2005 Security for System Administrators

SQL Server 2005 offers a variety of new security features whose understanding requires DBAs to step outside their general comfort zone. Furthermore, their inner workings require you to make important choices between various encryption algorithms and ways to protect the keys. Some of the choices you could make could make you less secure but with a false sense of security, others are more appropriate but with limitations, and others offer minimal limitations and excellent security.
