What's New with SQLskills?

Happy New Year!!

We've announced the first events and classes for 2010 already - checkout the Upcoming Conferences page for more details. DevTeach in Toronto, SQL Connections in Las Vegas, and a public class in Boston so far. Many more to come - Australia, Ireland, Iceland...

Here's a photo of us with our class in Dublin last September - click through for a PDF press release with cool quotes from the class attendees.

We're currently booking Q2 FY10 onwards as this year is already pretty full. Send me email if you want to discuss DBA, BI, developer, or internals training on 2005 or 2008. We can provide customized courses for your staff with a combination of teaching, consulting, and auditing.

We're available to provide remote or onsite auditing services - database maintenance, HA/DR, performance, and more. Ranging from a comprehensive onsite audit to just a few hours remote consulting time analyzing your practices, we can provide a cost-effective, targeted audit. See our consulting/auditing page for more details and my recent blog post for a special promotion!

Lastly, as you'll see on our contact page, the easiest way to get hold of us is by email as we're not often in the office to answer the phone. If you do call, please leave your email address in the message for the fastest response.

Thanks, Paul (January 20th 2010) Send email

Special Events
SQL Immersion Events
After great reviews from our ealier SQL Immersion Events, be sure that SQLskills is planning more. We've already started to announce events in 2010. Immersion Events are unique and individually planned seminars and workshops, with content specifically created by database-related industry experts. The training materials are customized to provide deep coverage enabling attendees to master the content. These RARE, small and intense events are the place to be for high quality SQL Server training.

Subscribers will be the first to know - and the first to be offered special discounts and incentives. Classes are limited to 36 attendees and often event/site specific limitations exist and many courses have a maximum of only 20 to 24. Be sure to register early as these classes have sold out in the past. Subscribe now!
