|
Our Chicago event focuses on the things you need most: Application Tuning Techniques for Database Administrators and Scalable Design Fundamentals for Developers. After four days of intense content, hands-on exercises and BYOP sessions - you'll continue diving into technology with an extended exploration into the new Business Intelligence toolset, to give all database professionals the understanding you need to exploit these exciting new capabilities.
|
The Immersion Event scheduled for Chicago has two primary parts: a 4-day intense, hands-on workshop followed by a one-day Dive into Business Intelligence. For the first four days, attendees choose between the Developer-focused event or the ITPro/Administrations-focused event.
|
-
Track 1: The Developer-focused event will be led by Bob Beauchemin, Director of Developer Skills, who is a well known development trainer, consultant and author of the popular Developers Guide to SQL Server 2005, now in it second edition.
-
Track 2: The DBA event will be led by SQLskills Founder, Kimberly L. Tripp. Kimberly is a globally-recognized trainer, author of several SQL Server white papers and the top-rated SQL Server speaker at the TechEd, IT Forum, SQLPass and SQL Connections technical conferences.
-
Shared Track: The Business Intelligence day will be led by Elizabeth Vitt, Director of Business Intelligence Skills. Liz has been at the forefront of SQL Server’s Business Intelligence community for many years, in a senior role in Microsoft and as a leading industry consultant and trainer.
