Get close to the home of the SQL Server team and join us on the Microsoft Campus for our Redmond Immersion Event. We’ll have some surprise guests who will pop into our evening events to welcome you and to discuss the vision for your favorite features. We’ll fill the five days with total focus on keeping your critical systems up and running. Database administrators and IT Operations Professionals should consider the Availability track a must attend as it covers the SQL Server Always On Technologies and their implementation strategies. For 5-days you will learn the many aspects to minimizing downtime and data loss through appropriately combining many new SQL Server 2005 Always On Technologies.

As with all SQLskills Immersion Events, attendees are encouraged to bring their problems with them for the analysis so that we can look forward to and discuss possible solutions. Availability attendees can bring sample SLA and operational support documents and designs as well as current architectural designs - to look for and evaluate possible flaws (are you sure you've covered every possibility?).

Our Always On event will be led by SQLskills Founder, Kimberly L. Tripp. Kimberly is a globally-recognized trainer, author of several SQL Server white papers and the top-rated SQL Server speaker at the TechEd, IT Forum, SQLPass and SQL Connections technical conferences. Kimberly is well-known for her depth and technical knowledge as well as her presentation skills. This event will give you the skills to design, architect and implement some of the more complex features related to availability.
