Microsoft has finally released some information during the TechEd North America 2013 Day 1 Keynote about the next major version of SQL Server, which will be called SQL Server 2014<\/a>. According to Mary Jo Foley<\/a>, it is due to be released in early 2014, shortly after the release of Windows Server 2012 R2 (aka Windows Blue Server).<\/p>\n
