SQLskills training for only $29 a month? Try it free for 10 days!

This is a really simple post, making sure you’re aware of the incredibly cost-effective way you can get hold of the kind of quality SQL Server training that only SQLskills provides.

Since last year we’ve been recording a variety of online training courses, partnering with our good friends at Pluralsight. They provide a hassle-free, multi-platform way (including common mobile devices) of watching online training, so why would we try to build and maintain something ourselves, when what we’re good at is SQL Server?

We decided to provide online training both as an alternative for those who aren’t able to attend our in-person classes, and as a way to complement those classes.

You may have heard that we’ve been doing that. However, you may not be aware of just how inexpensive it is to get hold of our training: $29 a month, or $299 a year.

And for that you get all our online training, currently more than 72 hours in 21 courses, with all the new courses we record and publish (more than 15 more slated for 2013 alone). They’re chock full of meaningful demos, real-world scenarios, and information you need to help you work more productively and effectively with SQL Server.

Oh, and you also get the other 530 technical training courses that Pluralsight provides, with many thousands of hours more training on SharePoint, C#, Windows, ASP.NET, BI, and lots more!

All for $29 a month. Not bad eh? Can you really afford to be missing out on what your colleagues and rivals-for-jobs are watching and learning?

See you online!

  1. Wow – this is awesome! I had a three month Pluralsight subscription and took your Performance Troubleshooting Using Wait Statistics training. I learned so much!

  2. It’s a great tutorial Paul. Would be great if you could include some DR/HA modules as well.

    Thanks
    Raj

  3. Hello Paul,

I am already a member of it and joined couple of months ago just for SQLSKILLS classes(I pay 49$ so I can try out the assignments at the end of the tutorials :)). The reason I joined is usually your SQLSKILLS classes happen in metro cities(for obvious reasons :)) and I do not live in those and my compnay is not willing spend that much money just for one employee at this time(even though, we can clearly see how worthy your classes would be :)).So,I figured, the best I could do for now, is to enroll in plural sight classes and watch your tutorials (They are really awesome). So, the point in the telling the whole story above is(I am a DBA and I like story telling :)), I would like to know how different are these tutorials from your in-class SQL training??

Thank you once again for doing this to SQL community and I cannot thank enough for how much I learned from the information you put on SQLSKILLS website ( you prove me wrong, everytime I think I know something..haha..).Have a good day…

    Thanks.

  4. Your courses are simply the best SQL Server training available on the internet. I’m looking forward to the new courses slated for this year.

    Thanks,

    Scott

  5. I’ve been with pluralsight now for several months. Paul’s course on wait stats is stellar and so is his course on Myths. Just awesome. Joe’s courses are great also, although he pronounces root incorrectly. :) Virtualization is here to stay, so Jonathon’s course is required viewing. Glen’s course on installation is a sleeper but there’s some great stuff in there, so drink strong coffee and listen carefully.
