This state controls when the recovery of Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) transactions occurs after SQL Server receives notification that the MS DTC service has become unavailable. This state also describes a task that is waiting when a commit of a MS DTC transaction is initiated by SQL Server and SQL Server is waiting for the MS DTC commit to finish.”)

The map_key value in sys.dm_xe_map_values is 108 in 2008 and 2008 R2, and 112 in 2012 and 2014 RTM. After 2014 RTM, you must check the DMV to get the latest value as some map_key values have changed in later builds.
