SQLskills Cancellation Policy

Recorded Courses:

Purchasing a recorded course activates your membership and access to course resources upon receipt of payment. For approved credit card payments, this is immediate. For any other form of payment, upon receipt of payment you will be emailed with activation instructions. Once access to a recorded course is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Bundles:

Purchasing a bundle that includes any recorded courses activates your membership and access to those course resources upon receipt of payment. For approved credit card payments, this is immediate. For any other form of payment, upon receipt of payment you will be emailed with activation instructions. Once access to a bundle that includes a recorded course is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Live, online deliveries:

For any individual live, online delivery that has NOT yet occurred:

• It can be canceled and refunded up to 1 month before the course begins, minus a USD$250 administration fee. If the original purchase used a credit card, 3.5% will also be deducted to cover credit card processing fees.
• It can be transferred to a colleague at any time up until 1 day before the course begins, at no cost
• It cannot be transferred or refunded once a course has begun; access to the recordings for a live, online delivery do not expire
