(Books Online description: “Occurs in a MS DTC worker session when SQL Server receives notification that the MS DTC service is not available. First, the worker will wait for the MS DTC recovery process to start. Then, the worker waits to obtain the outcome of the distributed transaction that the worker is working on. This may continue until the connection with the MS DTC service has been reestablished.”)

The map_key value in sys.dm_xe_map_values is 252 in 2008 and 2008 R2, 259 in 2012, and 266 in 2014 RTM. After 2014 RTM, you must check the DMV to get the latest value as some map_key values have changed in later builds.
